Open Outlook Express by double clicking the mail icon
on your desktop.
Go to Tools and Accounts
To
create a new email account click New. This will bring up the Account Setup
Assistant, which you can follow to set up a new email account.
After entering the information, click
the right arrow button on the bottom of the screen.
Display Name - Your Name
Put a dot in I already have an email address & type
your email address from your Customer Profile Sheet in the box
(example:jane@jamadots.com).
Incoming mail server -
pop.jamadots.com
Outgoing mail server -
smtp.jamadots.com
Account ID - your email address
WITHOUT the @jamadots.com (example: jane)
Password - from your Customer Profile Sheet
Account Name - jamadots.com
Click Finish
To edit an existing email account click on the Edit
button.
Update your screens using the information from your Customer Profile
Sheet.
Click OK to close this window and save any changes.
